Robot:

Checks: document type (e. g. invoice), supplier( if autorized/active), payer (if invoice is sent to right entity)
Extracts: supplier data, invoice number/date, line items ( item code, description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price), currency.
Verifies: unit price per item vs contract
Books: extracted data and creates PO
Notifies: message is sent to operator/key user with confirmation of the operation/any issue (e.g quality of scan)
Keeps:Log and report about all transactions passed through the system
